Question SOLVED MBTV Says trial is expired in 2 days but I am paid

I have a paid supporter key for MBTV however it says my Trial Expires in two days.

For note I have put my supporter key in MediaBrowser Configurater and have checked by logging into the website and it says I have purchased this feature.

Any tips or suggestions? I have tried reinstalling it checking logs etc but see no way to resolve..

  • My “trial” had expired and I could no longer us MBTV after the screenshot above. I noticed there was a new version so I upgrade to 1.4.9.18 and it looks to have reset my timer. I suspect this will again not work after my new three days. – Unknown1148 12 months ago

Okay, if you install .23 it should show as registered for registered folks and expired/free trial for people in free trial mode.

Ignore it. It’s posting the trial messages regardless of account status. It won’t expire on you when the trial is over.

  • It will expire, you just need to keep updating it. I am releasing free previews which have hard expirations regardless of status. Just make sure you keep it updated. – ebr 12 months ago

  • Hopefully, I’ll get enough of this new functionality lined out now that I’m back to get back to the normal routine. You could always re-install 1.0 and it will validate as registered for you if you are only using the old EPG interface. – ebr 12 months ago
