Did there used to ba a plug in called images by name? Is there some reason why it’s not available?

What tool will populate images by name folders from my metadata?

Jon’s ImagesByName plugin has been removed because the site that was hosting the images was vandalized by spammers. Jon decided since he couldn’t restore the data to just let the site go.

it’s a shame, I found several of the articles he wrote to be interesting and informative.

Bear in mind that if it’s actor images you’re after, this is now a core part of Media Browser as of version 2.6.

To do this, open the MB Configurator and navigate to the ‘metadata’ tab. Make sure that Media Browser is set to use Internet Providers and to Save Local data, then tick the actors option.
