Feature Provide MediaInfo for WTV files

Eventually I'd like to see MediaInfo of some sort of WTV files. 95% of my collection is WTV (both native recordings and conversions from MKV). I know a lot of the issue is with the fact that MS hasn’t put out a lot of info about the format but hey… a wish is a wish.

This totally depends on the MediaInfo Project to start supporting .wtv media info detection. Right now this isn’t implemented, but from the looks of it they are working on it.

But once they do, we will of course release an updated version of the plugin which would incorporate the required mediainfo.dll.
