Feature Chocolate Theme: Manual advance for [timed] backdrop rotation

Regarding the [timed] rotation of multiple backdrops;

Is there any potential to also allow for advancing manually (e.g. by using the left and right arrow keys?

If this were added, it would have to be implemented in each theme. If you want this in a particular theme, you should probably tag it with the name of the theme.

My preference of theme is Chocolate. Is this the right place to request a feature be added to a theme? Or should I do it somewhere else?
