Multiple versions of the same show / movie

Sorry if this has already been suggested, search is busted, but can we get support for having different versions of the same movie? For example I have a DVD rip of a movie I’ve done myself and then an Xvid version. Generally speaking I guess I’d want to watch the DVD Version, but the Xbox 360 doesn’t support DVD rips, so on that platform I’d prefer it played the Xvid version. It looks kinda ugly having the same movie poster twice when browsing through videos, and I have no idea which is which.

The same goes for HD TV Episodes (MKV) and normal ones (AVI) as well.

Probably not many in this situation, but it could be a nifty little thing to add. :) Perhaps when scrolling through a TV series to find an episode, hitting down would switch between the two versions? Not sure how this would work with movies.
