Add ability to provide hyperlink in plugin info in configurator

Many of the themes and plugins available in the configurator include a web address in their description.

It would be nice if this link could be made active.

Yes, it is dis-abled on purpose. The problem is two-fold:

It will potentially navigate to the new link inside that frame which would be very confusing. We're not looking to provide a web browser in there.
I didn’t want to have to start worrying about malicious links.

Yea it was removed in essence because we don’t want to micro-manage to that level of detail.
