As of yesterday, trying to open the Media Browser Configurator (either via the traybar icon or start menu) throws up an error screen and promptly shuts down.

I placed a copy of the screen which pops up (it’s almost impossible to capture as it only shows for a few milliseconds) here: http://nyrelics.gigfa.com/avatars/configurator_crash.png -or- http://0.mk/5cef0

Media Browser itself works, however I lost the ability to enter the Configurator, either from the tray icon or from the menu link.

I’m a donator to the project, if that matters. :) The Configurator barely opens, throws up the attached screen and shuts down.

The last thing I did in configurator was update several themes and such. I’m running Windows 7 x64 Ultimate.

Thanks in advance, hope you can help! Igor

Do you have TraktMB installed. If so…

Delete the traktmb.pgn file from c:\programdata\mediabrowser\plugins
Delete the traktmb.dll in c:\windows\ehome

I get a forbidden error trying to look at your screen shot.

ebr – I see what you mean.

Try going to http://nyrelics.gigfa.com/avatars/ and view the “configurator_crash.png” manually.

Hopefully it will show up as part of this message now:

I uninstalled MB completely and am proceeding to reinstall it (and deleted traktmb.dll from windows\ehome
