I live in Lawrenceville, GA, been married for 7 years, got a couple boys (6 and 3) and a baby girl that just turned 1 :)

I’m a network/systems administrator by day and an HTPC enthusiast in my other spare time.

I have promoted this project since the Video Browser days and have enjoyed every minute of it. My little site is very Media Browser heavy and will continue to be so long as it is around. I have four HTPCs in my home and another next door – all running Windows 7 Professional with the latest release of Media Browser.

Systems Info:

  • MEDIASVR: Intel Celeron 430, Intel DG965RYCK motherboard, 4GB DDR2, 10.5TB usable parity-protected media storage, unRAID Media Server OS
  • HTPC1: Biostar A780L3G, AMD Phenom II X2 560, 4GB DDR3, ATI Radeon 5450, 250GB HDD
  • HTPC2: ASRock E350M1 Zacate, 4GB DDR3, 64GB A-Data S599 SSD/li>
  • HTPC3: Intel E1200 Celeron, ECS 945GCT-M motherboard, HD2600 Pro, 2GB DDR2, 74GB Raptor HDD
  • HTPC4: Dell Optiplex 745 SFF, Intel Celeron E1500, HD2600 Pro, 4GB DDR2, 80GB Raptor HDD
  • HTPC5: AMD X2 3800+, Biostar TForce 6100-939 motherboard, GeForce 8400GS, 3GB DDR, 80GB HDD

All are on a CAT5E Gbit network except for the next-door system (HTPC5), which runs on 300Mbps Draft-N. I have an 11.5TB unRAID server to store my collection of over 3,000 films and 250 TV series (roughly 13,000 episodes). Complete system information can be found at my site on my home network page.
